As part of the week when Milan celebrates design, Alfa Romeo – the epitome of noble Italian sportiness since 1910 – is featuring with one of its most precious gems: the 1968 Alfa Romeo Carabo, a style prototype by Bertone and one of the brand’s greatest expressions of style.
The exclusive event that brought Alfa Romeo into Milan Design Week was the opening of the new LARUSMIANI boutique, a historic brand and big name for over a century in Milanese elegance and the “Made in Italy” quality of the MonteNapoleone District.

Pat’s story started when he bought a totaled 2017 Ford Mustang GT350 that only had 56 miles on the clock. The Mustang had seen better days and had fallen off a car carrier that crushed the roof. Mechanically the Mustang was still perfect. “I never thought about doing a body swap until I found this car. The idea behind this car was always to race it” The question was just, what to body swap it with?
Vuil Van Zyl has had his fair share of Muscle cars over the years. I have always had a soft spot for vintage cars and one cannot argue with the smooth lines of classic cars. They just dont build them the way they used to. The cars of today have no soul. Take a look at the rear of a car for argument’s sake hips for days and days. Unfortunately, there is not a lot of thought put into the cars designed today.

But don't be mistaken into thinking that Clyde simply sat back and only supervised the coming together of his 68 Ford Mustang, quite contrary in fact. He has never been afraid to roll up his sleeves and get his hands dirty. This is why he assembled most of the car himself at home. He only farmed out the paintwork and engineering aspects of the build to people that he knew would get the job done to his standards.

According to Nissan, the idea for the R32 EV came from an engineer who joined the company out of admiration for the original model. He reportedly said, “I want to build a more exciting car by adding the latest electrification technology that I am involved with to my favorite car.” This electric show car could feature Nissan's dual-motor setup, which powers the Ariya and could be a fitting choice for the GT-R.
