At Restomod SA, we strive to offer the best shopping experience, including fast and hassle-free returns. Please read the following policies to understand how returns work:

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Please include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items:

  • Sale items
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Perishable goods (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate or sanitary goods

Return Process:

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our Customer Service at with the order number and details about the product you'd like to return.
  2. Shipping: Once your return is approved, we'll provide instructions for shipping the product back. Please note that you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the product was defective or damaged.
  3. Inspection: All returned items will undergo a quality check.
  4. Refund or Exchange: Once approved, the refund will be processed, and your nominated bank account will be refunded within 5-10 business days. Alternatively, if you request an exchange, the replacement item will be shipped to you.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If you received an item that's damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, please contact our Customer Service within 7 days of receipt. We will replace the item or provide a full refund, and in such cases, we'll also cover the return shipping cost.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. If the refund is still not visible:

  • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank; there's often some processing time before a refund is posted.
